Privacy policy

AllGood247 is made by Giovum. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and what we will never do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

• Location. Your position, speed and the time of each reading, while you are sharing with at least one Circle.
• Your profile. The name and avatar you choose, and the email or phone number used to sign in.
• Places you save. The label and coordinates of places you create, such as home or school.
• Drives. Start and end points, route, duration, top speed and whether the phone was handled while moving.
• Device signals. Battery level, whether the phone is charging, and a push token so we can deliver notifications.

Why we collect it

To show your Circle where you are, to send the alerts you asked for, and to raise the alarm when an SOS or a crash happens. That is the entire list. We do not build advertising profiles and we have no analytics product.

Who can see it

Only the members of the Circles you have joined. Not the public, not other users, not advertisers, not data brokers. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we have never received payment for access to it.

How long we keep it

• Live location is overwritten as new readings arrive.
• Drive history is kept for the period your plan includes, then deleted.
• Leaving a Circle removes your history in that Circle.
• Deleting your account removes your profile, places and history from our servers.

Where it is processed

Location data is handled by Cloudflare Workers and Durable Objects. Sign in is handled by Firebase Authentication and notifications by Firebase Cloud Messaging, both from Google. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Your choices

• Pause sharing at any time. Your Circle is told that you paused, not left guessing.
• Leave any Circle at any time.
• Ask us for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted.
• Turn off location permission in iOS Settings. The app will keep working with less to show.

Children

AllGood247 is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child is using the app, write to us and we will remove the account.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the app will tell you before the change takes effect, rather than quietly updating a page nobody reads.
